Services Include: * Everything listed in the Bella Basic package * One additional face to face consultation * Advising on wedding etiquette * Recommending ceremony sites and reception venues * Arranging vendor appointments * Accompanying you to vendor appointments * Negotiating and reviewing contracts on your behalf * Assisting with the selection of save-the-dates, invitations, favors, centerpieces, decorations, etc. * Assisting with the wedding day attire for the whole wedding party * Assisting with the development of a budget * Assisting with the hotel accommodations for you and your guests * Assisting with the rate negotiations and room blocking * Arranging transportation needs for the entire wedding party * Transporting all wedding items needed to the wedding site and reception venue such as candles, place cards, guest book, favors, etc. * Decorating ceremony site and reception venue * Organizing grand entrance * Keeping you aware of what is next on the wedding day itinerary * Helping everyone get ready in a timely manner ( tying ties, pinning corsages, etc.) * Tearing down the ceremony site and transporting items to the reception venue * Tearing down reception and transporting items to honeymoon suite or other specified location with in the local area * Decorating the honeymoon suite |
