A non refundable 25% deposit must be paid the day of contract signing. Payment plans will be negotiated on an individual basis. The balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to event.

Additional fees and travel expenses may apply to venues that are more than a 30 mile radius of Altoona, PA.

Additional fee of $50.00/hr. will apply to wedding coverage that exceeds 9 hours, to be billed after the wedding.

Exact pricing will be given on an individual basis and will depend on the number of guests, location of venues, special services, and number of months in advance of services provided.
